Milling

We have a Värnamo FUB-1 with vertical head.
To complement we also have equipment for
plane milling, sheet milling and pin milling.

We mill our own products and also do some
sub-contracting for, among others,
Ilsbo Industrier/Sörlings.

Welding

Our own production consists to a large
degree of welding; as a result we have a
well-equipped welding shop.


Among our equipment are four MIG/MAG
welding sets, 250 to 400 A,
and two 400 A welding rectifier.


We also have equipment for spot welding
and welding of stainless steel.

Drilling

We have equipment for drilling in most
materials. For hole dimensions over 1.6"
(40 mm) we use a core drill.

Among the machinery there are:

* 2 radial drills

* 3 column drills

* 1 multi-spindle drill

* 1 automatic drill

Punching/Pressing

We have 3 eccentric presses;
39,600lb, 40,000lb and 55,000lb
(18, 20 and 25 tonne).

For these three we have a number punch-
and bending tools, among other:

* Automatic tools for clips

* Punch tools for multiple holes

* Cutting tools for corners and radius, etc.

Cutting

We have two saws with automatic feed:

* 1 band saw Mega BS-250
          capacity of up to Ø10" (Ø250 mm)

* 1 hack saw Kaltenbach KKS400
          takes up to Ø6" (Ø150 mm)


With these two we can cut most things.
Kaltenbach: one has 180 mitred.

Surface- and after treatment

We have equipment for grinding,
de-burring and tumbling. We can also
arrange electrical and warm anodizing or
lacquering (including powder painting).
